The Website Manager · Stage 1: Marketing

Your website, always current. Without chasing anyone.

Tell TIM what to change. See exactly how it will look. Approve it, and it goes live.

Sound familiar?

If any of these land, this was built for you.

Every small change waits until I find someone to make it.

The wrong phone number sat on my site for weeks.

My last website update cost more than I expected, and nobody checked the result.

I keep a list of changes I never get around to sending.

How it works

How TIM keeps your website current without you chasing anyone.

01. You open a task
Write what you want changed on your site, the way you would tell a person. "Replace the phone number in the header and footer." "Add the new kitchen project to the portfolio."

02. TIM shows you the result first
Before anything changes on your live site, you see a preview of exactly how it will look.

03. You approve, and it goes live
Questions, changes and approvals all happen inside that task. Give TIM ten changes at once and none of them gets lost. Changed your mind? One click puts it back.

What TIM takes off your plate

  • Text, photos, videos and links replaced on any page
  • New pages built to match the ones you already have
  • New projects, team members and case studies added to your existing sections
  • Logos reordered and menu items added
  • Every new link checked, so nothing sends a visitor to a page that isn't there
  • Any published change undone in one click

What your website costs you today

A web agency on retainer costs $4,000 to $8,000 a month.

Most of what you ask them for each month is the list above. TIM's Website Manager takes that work on, and keeps it moving.

Common questions

Do I need a developer to use this?
No. You describe the change in a task, the way you would explain it to a person. TIM prepares it and shows you the preview.

Will I see a change before it goes live?
Always. Every change waits for your approval, and you see a preview of the real page first.

What if I change my mind after approving?
Open the same task and undo it. Your site goes back to exactly how it was before that change.

Can I give TIM several changes at once?
Yes. Each change is its own task with its own conversation, so ten at a time stay organized.

Who approves what goes live?
One person you choose when you hire the Website Manager. That person gets the questions, the previews and the approval requests.

My site isn't on GitHub. Can I still use this?
Reach out. WordPress and Wix are on the way, and we'll tell you honestly what works for your site today.
