What happens after I apply?

We review every application personally. If there is a fit, we reach out within 2 business days to schedule a short call. We want to understand your operation before we decide whether TIM is right for you.

What is the Design Partner Program?

Design Partners are the businesses we work with most closely. You get priority access, extended onboarding, and direct input into how TIM is built for your niche. In return, you help us calibrate TIM to your real operation — not a hypothetical one.

What kind of businesses does TIM work with?

TIM is built for service businesses with 5 to 15 employees running high-ticket projects — custom construction, remodeling, outdoor kitchens, HVAC, commercial landscaping, and similar trades. If your average project is above $20,000 and you have more than 5 active jobs at a time, you are likely a strong fit.

Is there a cost to apply?

No. Applying is free. If we decide to move forward together, Design Partners receive a complimentary first month and a structured onboarding process before any billing begins.
